Amazon, AliExpress and the specialist FPV shops sell most of what is in this catalogue, and they sell it well. They are built for price and availability rather than for the questions a programme office asks about a part once it is in the build. Those questions are below, with what we put behind each one.

Together these make a part usable on a programme, which is the difference between a component you bought and a component you can put in front of your customer.
Who actually makes it, who can actually ship it, and what the rules in that jurisdiction really permit. Four markets we work from the inside.
Ukraine’s producers have iterated harder than anyone alive, and export is a controlled regime. So “buy it from Ukraine” is rarely an answer you can give a customer.
What works is what they build outside Ukraine. Joint plants and subsidiaries across Poland, Denmark, the Baltics, the UK and the Netherlands. We know which lines are real and what comes off them, and we source from that side of the border.
The clauses a US prime passes down are specific and they compound. Each attaches to a different thing: the funding, the end use, the supplier, the ore.
We know which of them actually bites on a given BOM, and which one a programme office asks about first. That is what decides whether a build survives review.
Estonia is an EU member state, a NATO member, and shares a border with Russia. We read the European market from inside it: dual-use controls, national export licensing, and ministries that are buying now rather than consulting.
Our home entity is European, so a European manufacturer never leaves the single market to buy from us.
Most of what a drone is made of is made in China, and for a great deal of work that is entirely lawful, because the restrictions attach to funding and end use rather than to the component. The failure is not buying it. The failure is not knowing.
We procure it through a named source, with an origin, a manufacturer and a lot behind it, marked as what it is and against the rule it actually trips. A part that is closed to one programme is often fine for the next one, and the catalogue shows you both.
A BOM is thirty suppliers, thirty lead times, thirty minimum orders. We consolidate it into one order, one invoice, one shipment. When a line goes end-of-life or non-compliant we bring the alternate that fits, checked against the part it replaces rather than just against its category.
Purchase volume is a signal. A supplier who can see your order book can read your programme, and so can anyone who talks to that supplier. Odeon buys in aggregate. Your suppliers see our demand, not yours.
Comfortable at 500,000 units and up. Also fine with thirty. What changes at volume is not whether we can supply it but how far ahead it is placed: held stock, second sources qualified in advance, price locked over the run.

One catalogue, many jurisdictions. A part is defined once, wherever it appears: one identity, one set of technical data, one set of compliance facts. Commerce is local, which means local currency, local tax and local hosting.
The US instance runs inside a FedRAMP High authorized boundary. European data stays on EU-owned infrastructure under EU jurisdiction, which is not the same thing as an EU region of a US-owned cloud. Canadian data stays in Canada.
We grade our own claims the way we grade a vendor’s.
An authorization held by the infrastructure we run on belongs to that infrastructure, and we say so rather than borrowing it. Where we hold a certification we name it and its date. Where we do not, we say that too.
What a vendor claims is free to read. What Odeon measured or verified is licensed, and a licence runs through due diligence by our team.
