Ewing IronSight Thermal FPV Camera (640x512, 62°)

Why these values

How each figure on this part was established

A 640 x 512 uncooled VOx microbolometer at 12 um pixel pitch, NETD <= 40 mK at F/1.0 and 300 K, integrated 6.8 mm lens giving 62 degrees horizontal, FPGA video processing to analog CVBS, NTSC 30 Hz progressive / PAL 25 Hz progressive. 20 x 20 x 38 mm. weight_g is a DOCUMENTED ABSENCE and the wording is the reason: Ewing publish 'less than 34 g core without lens'. That is a BOUND rather than a measurement AND it excludes the lens that ships integrated, so it describes neither the part nor an upper limit on it. The storefront's 45 g is a shipping weight. size_standard is absent because 20 mm falls between the registry's micro_19 and mini_21_22 rungs and Ewing name no standard. At 640x512 this is the joint-highest thermal resolution held here, alongside the Gremsy VIO G1 payload, and by far the cheapest route to it. NOT on the Framework. size_classes declared as all five and flagged estimated, per the standing rule (Stephan, 2026-08-02 - declare all five, narrow only on evidence). Ewing also builds the Rotor Riot Brave line this corpus already holds; their F7 and 55A 4-in-1 are deliberately NOT ingested as separate parts because they are the same hardware under a second badge - see the notes on 72-0001-001 and ROTORRIOT-BRAVE-55A-4IN1.

Company location is the manufacturer’s base, not the country of manufacture. Where a part states no origin, it stays unstated rather than inheriting its maker’s.

NCAGE identifies a company within the NATO Codification System. We record it where we have found it; not recorded means we have not established one, not that the manufacturer lacks one.
