Dual-antenna moving-baseline heading, sub-degree with pitch or roll, beside RTK positioning. Centimetre-level RTK: 0.6 cm + 0.5 ppm horizontal, 1 cm + 1 ppm vertical. Maximum update rate 100.0 Hz. SMA antenna connection with 3.0-5.5 V bias, 3.3 VDC input, 2 UART (LVTTL up to 4 Mbps), USB 2.0 HS and 2 user-programmable GPIO. Power 0.6 W typical. grade is `hardened` on published evidence rather than marketing tone: the datasheet cites MIL-STD-810G qualification and a -40 C operating floor. chip_generation is `other` because the registry's list names u-blox and Unicore parts and Septentrio is neither - it is not an unknown. protocol records NMEA 0183, which the board outputs; it ALSO speaks Septentrio Binary Format and RTCM v2/v3, and the single-valued field cannot say so. constellations records the four the registry offers; the receiver additionally tracks QZSS, and the X5 also NavIC and L-band. WEIGHT IS THE DATASHEET FIGURE, NOT THE STOREFRONT'S: the shop reports 22.4 g as a rounded shipping weight, and the two disagree. Nothing recorded about this part rules a size class out. Hoverfly's product pages and datasheets make NO compliance claim at all - zero mentions of NDAA or Blue UAS across the entire Elements catalogue. The claim exists only in the June 2026 launch release, so the cert is recorded as `declared` against THAT url rather than the shop, because the press release is what actually made the claim. Nothing here is on the DIU Blue UAS Framework.
