Why these values
How each figure on this part was established
THE NEWEST AND LIGHTEST of Mobilicom's controllers at 1950 g, and the only one built on a DT Research tablet rather than a Panasonic Toughpad: DT Research 381RP (382DN optional), Intel Core i3/i5/i7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, Windows 11, 8-inch 1280 x 800 at 800 nits. 186 x 344 x 74.5 mm, IP65, -10 to 50 C operating (-30 C optional). External 19 VDC or USB PD 19 V with an internal battery. Interfaces: 2x USB3 Type-C (one with PD), 1x USB2, Ethernet and power via external cable. Configurable human interface of 2 joysticks, 6 buttons (two safe-guarded, optional), 2 sliders and a 4-way. RADIO-AGNOSTIC, so four fields a ground controller usually carries are DOCUMENTED ABSENCES rather than gaps: frequency_band, link_family, protocol and tx_power_mw_max are properties of whichever radio is fitted, not of the controller. Recording any single band would describe one configuration and deny the rest. Mobilicom states it plainly - 'radio agnostic and SDR-compatible' - and publishes no module bay name, so module_bay is left unstated rather than filled with a description of one. A ground controller declares no size_classes: it never flies (D107 excludes the three ground categories). NDAA compliance is a DECLARED claim taken from Mobilicom's own product page, which carries an explicit 'NDAA Compliant - the product complies with the National Defense Authorization Act' feature block; it is not a Blue UAS listing. None of the five controllers appears on the DIU Blue UAS Framework capture of 2026-01-23 - only the three SkyHopper radios do - so no blue_uas cert is recorded on any of them, and the absence is the finding, not a gap. Pricing is quote-only, so no price is recorded.
Mobilicom 8-inch rugged radio-agnostic ground control station; vendor-declared NDAA compliant.

Company location is the manufacturer’s base, not the country of manufacture. Where a part states no origin, it stays unstated rather than inheriting its maker’s.
NCAGE identifies a company within the NATO Codification System. We record it where we have found it; not recorded means we have not established one, not that the manufacturer lacks one.
